Remove the rubber stopper in the small end and extend the sections out, when ready to use, remove the screw cap on the big end and place the 22' extended pole on the ground mount or similar mount , first, the ground mount must be driven into the ground for support. Save the vinyl end cap, place it over the mount when not in use
