Go fly a kite: an uplifting passion | The Western Producer
Here’s an article about our shop and how we turned a lifelong passion for kiting into Canada’s largest full-service kite store. It covers everything from our early days building kites out of newspaper and bedsheets to our current studio in Bentley, Alberta, which we actually converted from an old 2014-era church.
The story touches on some of our favorite memories, like visiting Alexander Graham Bell’s estate and creating custom kites for shows like Heartland. Most importantly, it shares why we love what we do—bringing a little bit of freedom, joy, and that "uplifting" spirit to kite flyers everywhere.
