Description

9" long Stainless Steel ground stake for securing landed kites, 2 line and 4 line kites. The bright orange handle helps keep it from getting lost or left behind and the ergonomic shape makes it easy to insert into the ground or hard-pack sand. The burnished steel tip is rounded with no sharp tip, so it's safer to be around when kiting. The shaft is the right diameter; thin enough to drive into a lot of surfaces yet thick enough that you are not going to bend it easily. Stake holster can easily attach to your belt for convenient storage. Every serious pilot requires a good solid groundstake that's easy to find, quick and easy to use.

Perfect for the Purpose
I was using a big tent peg before. Found it was ok but the ground can be very hard, thus makes it uncomfortable after a short time. This stake is much better for when encountering that. I like the holster for quick access and storing when not needed. The orange top makes it easy to find.
