Please read carefully and entirety.
All Stripe transactions are processed immediately and can be securely charged to your credit card without the need of a Stripe account. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully when the additional window pops open. Your order is secured through Stripe. We do not have your credit card information.
Alternatively, credit card transactions can be telephoned into The Kite Guys at 403-658-5483 to be personally and securely accepted. Payment transactions will be completed prior to shipping. (orders usually shipped within 24 hours).
Courier services will not deliver to a box number. We must have a complete house number along with street number or name.
We use Canada Post exclusively for all deliveries unless otherwise directed or under strike action. We have courier service available as well, ask for a quote. A fee of $30.00 for oversize packages will be applied to all packages over 1 meter in length. If your package is over-sized, we will be contacted to confirm your order and to collect the oversize shipping fee.
